Since spring of 2018 I've been walking 5 K's daily, twice a day during Daylight Savings months. Thank you Dane at the Downtown Branch telling me the West Y has an indoor track I've been using during winter snow/ice, air inversions, smokey air, and too hot temperatures. Last week I had a DEX Bone Density test. I reversed osteoporosis! I'm Snoopy Happy Feet Dancing with a HUGE grin!
